Hierarchy of Needs: Malsow

Abraham Maslow’s theory provides instructional designers with a hierarchical representation of needs that must be met for each individual on a project team. If individuals have all their basic needs met, then they can be motivated to take on work challenges that foster creativity (Maslow, 1943).
