Replacement Strings in D2L

December 15, 2015December 18, 2015 | glaws

Did you know that D2L allows you to use some simple codes to populate personalized information? For example, if you wanted to greet each student by name in your welcome announcement, you could use {firstname} and each D2L viewer would see his/her own name.

For a list of available replacement strings, please see D2L’s documentation and an example from University of Colorado Boulder.
