Instructional Alignment

Instructional alignment refers to aligning:
  1. the students learning outcomes
  2. with the inputs (lectures/resources), outputs (assignments, assessments, and interactions), and supporting technology.

Basically, it’s making sure that the horse and the cart are going in the same direction, so to speak.
