To mark the two-year anniversary of my employment at Life University, I spent an hour talking to a member of our talented marketing and communications team about my personal and professional growth as well as my efforts to help strengthen the College of Online Education (COE). After a year and a half of ground-laying work, the Dean and I, with support from our senior leadership, were able to launch the COE in January 2020. In the last eight months, we have grown the team from just the two of us to four of us, and we continue to build upon this foundation as we develop the college.
