As we started talking with you, we heard that you felt the end of April deadline for transitioning departmental folders was too tight. We brought up your concern to our leadership and they listened. We will be able to keep Novell another year! We still encourage you to transition your own work files to Box by end of April and to continue to seek Box training. However, you now have longer to transition departmental records from Novell to Box by end of April 2016.

This allows us ample time to conduct the necessary needs analysis and, from there, design the most intuitive folder architecture for your department. With a solid structure and ample time for training comes a solid transition.

Once again, I am glad our leadership listened to your concern and was able to address it. I look forward to meeting with you in the near future for the needs analysis and architecture design. Amy/Randle will be in touch about scheduling Box training.
