This year I have the honor and pleasure of chairing the United States Distance Learning Association’s 2020 National Distance Learning Week Conference. Given that we are navigating a global pandemic, it seemed fit to have the focus of this year’s conference be on moving from serving to thriving and finding ways to “rock” the new normal.
